Hung Ga has always had a good relationship with Tai Chi. It was due to the loyalty to a Tai Chi master that the Dat Mo Yit Gung Ging (Known as the “Muscle Changing Classic”) was introduced into the Hung Ga system.
The third form you will be taught is the Yang Style Tai Chi, 24 Step Short Form. It will be taught in small, managable sections which you can then practice and build upon until you have completed the entire form.
