By selecting this option you will recieve 3 half hour online appointments where we can discuss the options available for your needs and develop a customised nutritional plan to achieve the best results. Typically we’ll focus on tailoring dietary plans to your specific needs and goals. We’ll draw on the latest scientifically proven principles and practices, aligning with the UK’s healthy eating guidelines. We’ll discuss macronutrient and hydration strategies, pre and post-workout nutrition, the appropriate use of supplements, all whilst taking into account your individual training demands.

Focus on performance:

The primary goal is to optimize your performance through nutrition. We’ll consider factors like training intensity, possible competition schedules, recovery needs and any individual goals you may personally have, such as losing or gaining weight.

Individualized approach:

The nutrition plan will be specifically tailored to you and your individual demands, taking into account your dietary preferences, training volume, and any existing nutritional deficiencies.

Macronutrient balance:

Key aspects will include discussions about the appropriate ratio of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats to support training and recovery.

Hydration strategies:

Managing fluid intake before, during, and after exercise is crucial, also considering the climate and activity level.

Supplement guidance:

If necessary, advice on the appropriate use of sports supplements would be provided based on scientific, evidence-based research.

Practical application:

Sessions also incorporate practical elements like food logging, meal planning, and recipe suggestions to help you implement dietary changes effectively and maintain them in the long term.

We look forward to working with you.
