Women’s Self-Defence Programme.

This programme has been specifically designed for women. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a dynamic program covering:

Awareness & Prevention: Identify potential threats and develop strategies to avoid dangerous situations.

De-escalation Tactics: Learn to verbally diffuse conflicts and assertive communication skills.

Basic Striking & Defence: Learn essential self-defence moves, including strikes, blocks, and escapes.

Street Fighting Fundamentals: Gain confidence in defending yourself in various situations and scenarios.

No prior experience is necessary. This workshop is open to all fitness levels.

Led by 6th Dan Hung Ga Kung Fu Black Belt, Sifu Simon Hepple
